I will travel to Dept. of Motor Vehicles, office, restaurant, job, or other convenient locations to notarize your legal documents. My specialty is Mortgage Loan Closings. I have closed many types of loans including, Refinance, Purchase, First/Second, Home Equity Line, Home Improvement, and Reverse. My goal is accurate, error free notarial transactions during the execution of your loan closing documents. As a Louisiana Notary Signing Agent, it is important for me to be familiar with the different types of language and documents that are encountered during a loan closing.
